You have to manage your employees while they work in their offices or they will start to slack off. You’ll need to decide what tasks are important, how much time you want them to spend on those tasks, what skills they should improve on, and how big of an impact you want their job to make on the company as a whole. As your company grows, so does the level of difficulty. More employees mean more paperwork for you to balance out.
